Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

DineWise Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("EventOS", "we", "us"), is responsible for processing your personal information. This Notice is governed by applicable United States law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and, for California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

2. Information we collect

From organizations (customers): contact's name, email, phone, tax ID, trade name, banking details (processed via Stripe, never stored by us), platform usage metrics.

From end buyers: name, email, phone, payment method (processed via Stripe), purchase history. This data is collected by the organization selling the ticket; EventOS processes it as a Service Provider under CCPA.

• Operate the platform (process sales, issue tickets, scan entries)
• Subscription billing
• Technical support
• Operational communications (event reminders, receipts)
• Product marketing to admin customers (with opt-out)

4. Service Providers

We share data with: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS if applicable), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudinary (images). All are Service Providers processing data under our instructions with contractual confidentiality obligations equivalent to ours.

5. Your rights under TDPSA and CCPA/CPRA

If you are a Texas resident, under the TDPSA you have the right to: (a) Confirm whether we process your personal information and access it; (b) Correct inaccurate information; (c) Request deletion; (d) Obtain a portable copy; (e) Opt out of sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or significant automated decisions. If you are a California resident, under CCPA/CPRA you have the right to: (a) Know what personal information we collect, use, and share; (b) Request deletion; (c) Correct; (d) Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (EventOS does not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising); (e) Limit use of sensitive personal information; (f) Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these, email privacy@dinewisesolutions.com from the email registered in your account. We respond within 45 days.

6. Sale and sharing of data

EventOS does NOT sell your personal information to third parties, nor share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we ever change this practice, we'll notify you and provide an opt-out as required by CCPA.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use session cookies required for login (non-rejectable because without them we can't identify you). For analytics we use anonymous cookies to improve the product. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, though this may affect functionality.

8. International transfers

We operate servers primarily in the United States. If you access from another country, your data will travel to the U.S. for processing under our security policies.

9. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. After cancellation we retain billing data for 7 years per U.S. tax requirements. The rest is deleted or anonymized within 90 days.

10. Notice updates

Updates will be published on this page. If changes are material we notify the account Owner's email at least 30 days before the effective date.
